Franklin is shown looking right, wearing a coat with fur collar and lining, vest or waistcoat and suggestion of neck linen.

This portrait does not appear to be in Sellers, though it may be associated to his entry on p. 403, discussing an unlocated copy by West of a Duplessis, that was supposedly bequeathed to the Pennsylvania Hospital but never hung (according to the Hospital, never received).
