Oval cameo medallion with relief cream-colored portrait of Franklin in a fur cap, looking left. His hair is close-shorn, neck and upper shoulder are visible, dressed in jacket with puff of cravat visible at front neckline. Note that this is also cited "after Nini," in reference to a profile by French ceramic sculptor J.B. Nini. The medallion is bordered by a narrow raised ovolo moulding in cream-white clay. The Back is marked "FRANKLIN WEDGWOOD J."
