Benjamin Franklin re-enacters join leaders of Ben Franklin 300 Philadelphia to show off some of Ben’s greatest contributions to society, including swim fins, bifocals and the first political cartoon. During the press conference at Philadelphia’s National Constitution Center, officials announced plans for Franklin’s 300th birthday celebration, beginning in fall 2005.
